The most effective learning environment for me has always been participatory and community-centred. Such an environment helps us to be interactive and bond with our peers.
It helps to adapt to knowledge in a creative way that is also inclusive of diverse viewpoints and not only rotelearn from a single person.
In such an environment one is not afraid of taking risks and making mistakes as mostimportantly it allows one to be oneself.
By being a part of community-based learning that has allows one to improve one’s intrapersonal and interpersonal skills.
It motivates one out of one’s comfort zone and has allows him/her to be a better version of themselves.
